1. What is Vibe Stylez’s return policy? We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the personalized nature of our products. Refunds or replacements are only available for items with verified manufacturing defects or errors.

2. What qualifies as a manufacturing defect? A manufacturing defect includes any issues such as damaged items, incorrect designs, or errors that occurred during the production process. Customer errors, such as incorrect size or personalization details provided at checkout, do not qualify as defects.

3. How do I report a defective or damaged item? To report an issue, email us at cs@vibestylez.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the defect or damage

  • Clear photographs of the item showing the issue Once we review and confirm the problem, we will provide instructions for resolution.

4. Are there any items that cannot be returned? Yes, all personalized items, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

5. Will I have to pay for return shipping? If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Can I exchange an item for a different size or design? Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges due to the customized nature of our products. Please double-check all size and personalization details before placing your order.

7. How long does it take to process a claim for a defective item? Once you submit your claim with all required details, our team will review it within 5 business days. We will notify you of the outcome and next steps promptly.

8. Are shipping costs refundable? Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds only apply to the cost of the defective or damaged product.
