No Refund/No Exchange Policy | Vibe Stylez

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please review the details below for clarification:

Manufacturing Defects or Issues:  We take pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately at cs@vibestylez.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:  All personalized items, including custom designs, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer errors, such as incorrect sizes or personalization details provided at the time of purchase. Additionally, gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.

Reporting an Issue:  To report a manufacturing defect, please:

  1. Email cs@vibestylez.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Attach photographs clearly showing the defect or issue.

  3. Await confirmation and further instructions from our team.

Shipping Costs:  Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Defective or Damaged Items;  If your item was damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or a refund after verifying the issue. Please contact us promptly to resolve the matter.
